The operational problem

When a data issue takes hours to emerge, the investigation should not take hours to repeat.

Operational software often depends on the sequence and timing of a stage—not just the individual data values. A dashboard, alarm, parser, or downstream workflow can behave differently when records arrive live, a channel shifts, or a condition develops gradually.

The simulator makes that behavior repeatable. It can ingest a live server stream-out for capture or replay a stored stage as a growing output file, at the pace needed to observe and validate the result.
